Further to No.10's announcement this week, we are proud to be staying open for all Key Worker children during this first stage of the Covid-19 response. All existing families are being communicated with daily, and should any new families who are Key Workers be looking to join us for long or short term care, please do call in on 01480 451874: we will do our very best to help accommodate your needs while you are busy doing your best to help keep the country running.

After much planning and consulting with our most important stakeholders - the children of the Nursery - we are thrilled to this summer see our major renovation plans for the Nursery gardens take flight. Come and see our beautiful, split-level Fawns climbing frame with scramble net, slide and look-out bubble, and our stunning Community Playthings mud kitchen and water exploration stations. Be prepared to roll your sleeves up - we're sure you won't be able to resist making your own music pies, or pouring water down our multi-level waterfall!

It's with the greatest of excitement and pleasure we share that following our Ofsted inspection on 27th August 2015 we have officially been graded Outstanding. In all areas. Less than 10% of all early years settings in the UK hold the prestigious Outstanding award and as such we are absolutely delighted to see that all the hard work our dedicated team put into the care, learning and education of our babies every single day has been recognised by our most important governing body. Following last Friday's Huntingdonshire Business Awards gala dinner, we are ecstatic to share with you that we have been announced as the winner of the Training and Development category within which we were nominated. We are beyond thrilled to receive the award, and the most genuine of congratulations goes to every single one of the team: they each throw themselves into our in-depth training and development programmes one hundred percent, and dedicate themselves to ensuring that the practice we have here at Mother Goose Corner provides for the very best possible outcomes for each of the children in our care. Well done us!

We are proud to announce we are finalists within the Huntingdonshire Business Awards! One of just three nominees within the Training and Development category, we will find out the overall winner on Friday 31st October. What a wonderful achievement: a hearty congratulations goes to all of our massively dedicated team in receiving this prestigious accolade. 

On Friday 26th June the Nursery held a 'Going on a Bear Hunt' themed Toddle Waddle in aid of the Meningitis Trust, and we are proud to announce that we have since raised a staggering £870. Thank you to all children and adults for taking part and helping us collect a phenomenal sum in aid of a most worthwhile charity.
